I always loved a good soap and in my student days would buy the best soap I could afford, often foregoing other luxuries. Originally from the IT industry, I made soap the first time in 1999 because I was curious about the process. My first batch took me the whole night, but when I cut and used it, I was simply amazed that soap could feel that nice. I also noticed that my skin did not feel dry after I washed with my own soap; as a matter of fact it never felt better or softer!
Soap making then became an obsession, there were simply so many wonderful ingredients to use and the soap I made were getting better and better. My friends and family loved my soap, but I was making so much that I had to start selling and then I found that my customers loved my soap equally.

From my initial experiment, Spoil Yourself has taken on a life of its own and has grown and grown. Customers started asking for other products and I was happy and passionate to fill the need, knowing that I would never compromise quality to save costs and was supplying outstanding products.
Today we have become a streamlined family business capable of producing large volumes, supplying our stunning products to many high-end gift shops, health shops, game lodges and individuals. We will continue to lovingly create products for our customers to enjoy!
